COVID-19 Shipping Updates
Please note that due to the current spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to regulations regarding the COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
Delivery Time
Our in stock products are prepared for shipment after the orders are made, therefore usually have a 2-3 business day processing time before leaving the warehouse.
If you are buying customized, wholesale or handmade products, usually have a 7-10 business days processing / producing time before leaving the warehouse. You can find lead time in every product detail page. Once products are produced /processed, they will take about 5-7 business days to reach their destination.
In some instances which are not under our control, such as extreme weather, postal strikes, etc., delivery times may take longer.
However, you can be assured that we do everything in our power to get the items to you as quickly as possible, and you will find that in many cases you will receive your new items quicker than this.
In order to ensure minimum shipping times, please make sure all the shipping information you provide is correct and accurate. All of the orders have tracking codes, which are provided via email as soon as the products are shipped.
Shipping Method and Rates
Usually we ship products by air freight (UPS, DHL, TNT or FedEx) and ocean freight. It is more cost-effective to ship small shipments by air, while the shipping time is shorter. For large wholesale customers, we recommend shipping by sea.
Shipping rates vary based on the product (size and weight), destination, and store promotion. Usually if you are purchasing taekwondo sparring gear and training equipment, our Standard / Express shipping rate will not applicable to you.

Note: Excluding remote areas(e.g. Hawaii, postcode 96701…96799, Alaska, postcode 99501…99950) and military addresses (e.g. APO, FPO postcode 96384), and overseas island addresses (e.g. Reunion island, postcode 97400…97480; Guam island, postcode 96910…96931, etc).
If your shipping address belongs to the remote areas, the order will be on hold and our customer service will contact you ASAP; Few remote areas still can be delivered by Global Mail Service, also there will be extra shipping cost, and parts remote areas are undeliverable, your order will be cancelled and we will provide 100% refund.

Please contact us before placing an order if your shipping area is not in the list above. All orders shipped to remote areas are not eligible for a return & exchange.
If your shipping address is a remote address (confirmed by the logistics provider), then we will contact you to pay the additional remote shipping bill, otherwise the package will not start shipping.
